Qualified Pre-School Assistant

Hours: 8:45 am – 3:30pm; 3 days: Wednesday – Friday  

   Annual Salary: From £22,737 – £23,114 FTE 

      Role start date: March 2024  

Due to the continuing growth of our Pre-school, we are seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Pre-School Practitioner as an assistant in our beautiful setting.  This is a rare opportunity and we are excited to be able to offer this position for the right person to join our wonderful Pre-School, set in the most idyllic of rural locations. 

The successful candidate will hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years Education at least NVQ Level 2 or NNEB equivalent.  This role involves working alongside a highly effective team, and being able to support using initiative and independence.  Our ideal person will also be patient, caring, enthusiastic and ready for lots of fun. 

Working knowledge and delivery of the EYFS curriculum and related assessments are essential alongside a commitment to pupil and staff well-being.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Hours: 9 am – 3pm: Monday – Thursday

9am – 1pm: Friday  

   Annual Salary: From £21,575 – £24,294 FTE 

      Role start date: March 2024  

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. Working alongside class teachers in order to support high standards of teaching and learning. Some class cover and small group teaching will be required so an ability to demonstrate the HLTA standards is essential. Our ideal candidate will be confident in the classroom and have an understanding of how children thrive and learn.
