The child has one intuitive aim: self development

Newsletter 12 – 26th November 2021

Dear Parents & Carers

A peaceful calm has continued within St Loys this week and it has been lovely to see the children busy and active in their usual happy classroom activities.  There has been a definite nip in the air so may I remind everyone to be wearing a warm coat as it can be very chilly in the playground even if you are little folk running around to keep warm.  The darker evenings and wintery weather reminds us that something ‘seasonally festive’ begins in school in earnest from Wednesday 1st December.  This is a beautiful time in school and one that we all enjoy with the children.  It does also become rather busy for everyone so I have included below detail about the activities and events coming up so that diaries can be filled in preparation.  Many of the events throughout December are led by our PTFA and for this we are very grateful.  I am about to approach Helmdon Christmas Trees for the possibility of a real Christmas Tree for school, however, we do have an artificial tree that we can use if a donation is not possible.
