In traditional St Loys fashion, the whole school gathered together to welcome our new families in Reception. It was also to raise funds as part of the Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning (ours was Afternoon) and MacMillan Nurses.
Our new reception class not only worked hard in creating some beautiful cupcakes with the breast cancer symbol on them but also, along with the help of the buddies, made invitations to their parents to come to our annual Welcome Afternoon Tea.
Many other parents had contributed some great creations for our cake sale and those who hadn’t donated very generously during our afternoon tea. Cake and tea was enjoyed by all and the weather was also kind.
On 23rd September St Loys raised £132.55 for MacMIllan Nurses. Thank you so much to everyone who donated so generously .
