The child has one intuitive aim: self development

Newsletter 6, Autumn Term, 14th October 2022

Dear Parents & Carers

I have enjoyed listening to the children’s experiences this week. Badgers have been preparing for harvest, sharing their poems and prayers. Hedgehogs have been exploring the outdoor world, looking at the colours of autumn and expressing this through their artwork. Squirrels have been busy sewing pouches for their viking runes. Year 5 and 6 have finished the week using their scientific knowledge to make predictions about irreversible changes, creating a very smelly experiment with vinegar and milk!

Squirrels and Badgers are looking forward to their Viking themed trip to Banbury Museum on Tuesday. Please remember your packed lunch and water bottle and double check whether you have a ‘replacement meal’ set with Fresh Start Catering or whether you need to send in a packed lunch. Thank you.
