The child has one intuitive aim: self development

Newsletter 8 Autumn Term – 21st October 2021

Dear Parents & Carers

I have reached the end of this week with gratitude as I have been praying that St Loys stays Covid-free and that we reach the holiday without any further illnesses.  Thank you to all of you who have supported the staff in making sure that St Loys has stayed healthy and safe.

For those of you who joined the teachers for Parents Evening on Monday, thank you for observing all of the restrictions in place.  I hope that you found the meetings useful and enjoyed positive news about your child’s development and progress in class. The outstanding appointments will be rescheduled for Tuesday 2nd November when we return to school. The same appointment times will stand.

I am very sad to have missed the Autumn Extravaganza, the photographs looked wonderful.  I was very impressed by the finished scarecrows.  Thanks to the sheer hard work of the PTFA and the kindness and generosity of all of our families we raised an exceptional £650 which is wonderful.  Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to such a successful event.
