Well done to all Junior children who took part in the Cross Country races at Chenderit on Thursday 20th September. 17 St Loys children from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 attended. The Year 3/4 children had to run 800m and the Year 5/6 children ran 1000m. Special congratulations to Dan who came 7th in the boys race and to Pip who finished 3rd place, Lydia 6th and Merle 8th in the girls race. Well done all of you!
An enthusiastic team of 6 St Loys children took part in the football tournament held at Chenderit last Thursday, 27th September. As one parent said “our children started nervously, grew in confidence, played fairly, defended brilliantly and became a team…and smiled throughout”! Well done to all those children that put themselves forward and got involved!
