Dear Parents & Carers
As we end the week and look to start another in what seems no time at all, the news about Ukraine continues to be in our minds and in our hearts. Whilst the depth of understanding of this crisis varies from one class to another, our children fully appreciate that this is a time for care and compassion. During a School Council meeting this week, Mrs Watts was deeply moved by the unanimous desire of the children to offer what resources they have as a gesture of support to those in need. School Council, having sought agreement from the rest of their class members, are preparing a letter to parents setting out their proposal. Watch this space…
This period of Lent is a timely reminder for us to have an active participation in the community God has given us, remembering that God is active in the world through the people who love as God does.
