The child has one intuitive aim: self development

St Loys…’the Daily Mile’

St Loys Primary Academy pupils and staff join the ‘England does the Daily Mile.’ campaign, coming together as one to actively promote good health and well-being. This was a countrywide initiative by The Daily Mile to help highlight the positive benefits that daily activity can have on our mental health. You can find out more about children’s mental health and well-being at Place2Be. We continue to do our Daily Mile in school every day, come rain or shine.

Our children enjoyed running, walking or jogging with friends, supporting our little ones and the teachers 🙂 to complete 5 laps of the Millenium Field. The event was a great success and the weather was kind. Well done all, we are so very proud of our St Loys family for rising to the challenge with smiles, laughter and a huge amount of perseverance and stamina….big field for little legs. See Our Gallery for more photos from the day.
