As you are aware Monday 19th September 2022 has been set as a Bank Holiday to mark the sad occasion of the funeral of HRH Queen Elizabeth II. St Loys will be closed to all families and staff on Monday.
Badgers Class shared their thoughts of our Queen and wrote prayers in our weekly reflection and we share some of those here as we all reflect upon Her Majesty’s wonderful life and long reign.
Dear God,
I would like to thank you for blessing the Queen with a long, hard-working reign. Help her family to carry on and continue in their work to serve as royalty. Thank you God for sending her peacefully with her family around her. Thank you for blessing us with her platinum jubilee celebration of 70 years on the throne. Thank you for all you did in her lifetime. Amen.
