Dear Parents and Carers
To the children of St Loys – you are officially the most enthusiastic, motivated and energetic lovely bunch of little folk that I have ever encountered! WOW! I cannot commend you enough on your efforts to make sure you dragged parents out of bed a little earlier, so that you could all make at least some of your journey to school on foot. I spotted families parking down Middlethorpe, or by the church to walk the last part of an unavoidable car journey. Well done to all of you who always walk to school, but this week, teamed up with another family just to make the walk a little bit different. Surely, the stamina award must go to Aggie who, with the help of her bouncy, friendly dog, stomped with her little 5-year old legs, across the fields from Woodend, every single day. Congratulations everyone!
