Thank you to everybody who came along to the Macmillan/Welcome new parents tea and cake sale on Friday. We hope you all enjoyed it. St Loys Pre School has now become part of the Academy. The Department for Education have agreed the change with effect from the 1st September 2017. The inspiration for our project was the motif from the front of the book ‘Shackleton’s Journey’ by William Grill. We used scale enlargement to each enlarge a piece of the drawing by a scale factor of 4. We worked as a team to make sure our piece matched up to its neighbour as well as possible.
